Overview
Conventional IBC totes suffer from bridging, rat-holing, dust leaks, and poor flow. SoliBin™ solves these problems with its patented cone valve technology—ensuring true mass flow, accurate discharge, and dust-tight operation during filling, transport, and discharge.
How SoliBin™ Works
Three-Part System
SoliBin™ consists of a storage container, a discharge station, and a control/power pack. Containers are positioned via forklift or pallet jack. The pneumatic probe engages the cone valve, lifting and vibrating it to create mass flow discharge without bridging or segregation.

Robust & Sanitary Construction
Available in stainless steel, carbon steel, polyethylene, and aluminum. Capacities range from 17.5 to 105 ft³. A unique 20.5″ outlet and 45″ square footprint make SoliBin™ interchangeable across stations. Clamp and cone design guarantee dust-tight operation.
