Ribbon & Paddle Blenders
Fast, uniform dry blending with sanitary builds
- Shallow-helix ribbon promotes left-to-right turnover with reduced centrifuging
- Working capacities ~1–515 ft³ standard; larger custom builds available
- Options: liquid addition spray bars, vacuum, heating/cooling jackets (ASME), load cells, VFD/soft-start, XP
- Sealed bearings, slide-gate discharge (pneumatic optional), CIP-friendly layouts


Dual Shaft Mixers
High-viscosity mixing with sweep + disperser
- Low-speed helical sweep (with scrapers) plus saw-tooth high-speed disperser
- Vacuum/pressure vessels; heating/cooling jackets for efficient heat transfer
- Hydraulic/pneumatic lift; temp probes, spray nozzles, vacuum fittings, light/sight glass
- XP builds; pairs with Press-Out Stations for non-flowing product discharge

Low Speed Agitators
Anchor/helical designs with rotating baffle
- Rotating baffle reduces vortexing and improves heat-transfer coefficients
- Vacuum to ~150 psi designs; single/double mechanical seals; CIP options
- XP builds; shaft-speed measurement; hydraulic drives for higher viscosity
- Ideal for resins, slurries, thixotropic products, extraction and wastewater

High Speed Dispersers
Rapid wet-out and de-agglomeration
- Lab to ~300 HP; vessels up to ~3,000 gal
- Lift and traverse options; XP and vacuum/pressure lids available
- Effective for ~water-like to ~50,000 cP; higher viscosities move to dual/triple-action systems
- Ideal for coatings, inks, dyes, cosmetics, conductive pastes

Coaxial Mixers
High shear + macro-mixing in one head
- Center-mounted high-speed disperser inside a low-speed sweep
- Typical designs to ~250 HP and ~1,000 gal; XP options
- Excellent for inks/pigments needing both turnover and shear
Sigma Blade Mixers
Universal kneaders for very high viscosity
- Vacuum/pressure builds; jacketed trough; cored blades for heat transfer
- Tilt or bottom-discharge; optional mono-screw extruder discharge
- Common for hot melts, mastics, silicone rubber, adhesives, carbon pastes
Press Out Stations
Clean discharge for non-flowing, high-viscosity products
- Platen Ø ~24–60 in; force ~2–200 tons; under-load speed up to ~2 in/min
- Rapid-advance; programmable multi-stops; fixed or variable-height platforms
- Explosion-proof controls and multiple seal materials available

ASME Pressure Vessels & Tanks
U / U2 & NB “R” stamped builds
- Mixing tanks, reactors, pressure vessels, and large tanks—new builds, modifications, repairs
- Materials: carbon steel, stainless, specialty alloys; conventional/dimple/half-pipe jackets; internal coils
- Designed & fabricated in Fort Mill, SC with complete code documentation
