Pulse-jet dust collectors, filter receivers, cyclones, and bin vents designed and serviced by Micronics’ Engineered Filtration Group—paired with CMT integration, controls, and field support.

Pulse-jet baghouse dust collector

Overview

From nuisance dust to high-load process emissions, we design complete dust control systems—collectors, ducting, fans, explosion protection, controls, and startup support. Micronics supplies the filtration equipment and media; CMT engineers the system to your air-to-cloth, velocity, and compliance targets.

Pulse-Jet Dust Collectors (Bags & Cartridges)

Flexible designs for heavy dust loads or compact spaces

Micronics pulse-jet dust collectors are available with either filter bags or pleated cartridges. Choose bags for harsh environments, sticky dust, and high loading, or cartridges for compact footprints and quick changeouts.

  • Baghouses: rugged construction, top or side access, walk-in plenums, long bag life.
  • Cartridges: high media area per footprint, fast clean-side changeouts.
  • Both integrate with DP monitoring and broken bag detection for compliance.

Filter Receivers

For pneumatic conveying and high-vacuum collection

Cylindrical pulse-jet receivers integrate with pressure or vacuum systems and sanitary designs. Configure with pleated elements or filter bags and cages.

  • Designed for high-pressure conveying and high-vacuum dust collection.
  • Sanitary options for food and specialty applications.
  • Pleated or conventional bag/cage internals.

Cyclones & Mechanical Separation

Cyclone dust collector

Pre-cleaning and product recovery with low pressure drop

High-efficiency cyclones remove coarse particulate and reduce load on downstream collectors. Use as stand-alone collectors for heavy/large particles or as receivers in conveying systems.

  • Low pressure drop typical of high-efficiency designs.
  • No moving parts; indoor or outdoor installation.
  • Great as pre-cleaners ahead of pulse-jet baghouses.

Top-Loaded Bin Vent Filters

Safer access from the clean air side

Top-loading designs eliminate entry into the dirty air plenum and speed changeouts on silos, day bins, and surge hoppers. Available with pleated cartridges or filter bags/cages.

  • Compact overall height with clean-side service.
  • Bolts directly to silo roof; integrates pulse cleaning.
  • Supports broken-bag detection and DP monitoring.
