High-efficiency gravity magnets for dry products. Alternating rows of magnetic tubes force a zig-zag cascade through the field for maximum capture with low re-entrainment.

SimpleClean™ (Manual)
Economical for low tramp loads. Non-magnetic wipe-off zone lets you clean tubes quickly outside the flow.
EZ-Clean
Slide-out handles; wiper seals strip metal to a catch pan for fast, repeatable cleanouts.
Self-Clean
Pneumatic actuation opens the drawer and discharges captured tramp automatically—great for remote installs.
Continuous-Clean
Cleans while product flows. Sealed discharge isolates fines and dust for high-uptime operations.
Standard Tube DIH — 1″ Tubes
Classic multi-row drawer housing using 1″ tubes on 2″ centers for broad application coverage and high purity. Offered in SimpleClean™, EZ-Clean, Self-Clean, and Continuous-Clean models; food/sanitary builds available.

Mid-Tube DIH — 2″ Tubes (MTH)
For difficult-flowing products at higher rates. 2″ tubes on 4″ centers reduce bridging while maintaining rare-earth intensity. Available in EZ-Clean and Self-Clean; Continuous-Clean by application.

Large-Tube DIH — 3″ Tubes (LTH)
For powders with severe bridging (e.g., flour, powdered sugar). 3″ tubes on 6″ centers sit below steep diverters to keep flow moving while maintaining rare-earth capture. EZ-Clean and Self-Clean available.

Rotating tube bundle keeps cohesive or oily powders moving while maintaining capture—useful where fixed tubes can bridge or smear.

Heavy-duty DIH for sticky/abrasive media. Specialty wipers and wear-resistant options reduce sticking, galling, and buildup; available EZ or Self-Clean.
