Automated Sequence

Bag is presented on the orientation table and the spout is opened.

Robotic tool captures the bag inlet spout and places it onto the filling tube.

Filling tube bellow inflates inside the spout — Inner Spout Dust Seal #1. Dust/air is drawn through the outer tube to a dust collector.

Opposing tools clamp the bag spout to the fill tube — Inner Spout Dust Seal #2.

The empty bag inflates to remove folds and voids for a uniform fill.

Bag is automatically rotated and centered onto the pallet to ensure stability.

After filling and dust extraction, two flat bars seal the spout; the bag is unclamped and moved to sealing.

Inner liner or bag spout is heat-sealed at controlled temperature/time — Outer Spout Seal #1.

Pneumatic arm pushes the sealed liner down inside the bag.

Outer bag spout is automatically strapped — Outer Spout Seal #2.

Filled bag discharges to the accumulating conveyor; pallet exits to downstream handling.
